I used to love selling on Amazon. I really made good money, until I got suspended.
Last month, it was Tuesday morning, I checked my email and I was shocked when I saw the email Amazon sent me. I was shaking, Amazon told me they suspended my account.
First I could not believe it. It took a couple of hours until I really understood what this Amazon suspension meant. My business was just destroyed. I used to sell second hand books on Amazon for more than 4 years.
First I tried to speak with Amazon to find out why I got suspended; however, they were not able to tell me why my account got banned. The last email I got from them was seriously arrogant, as they told me not to call or send them any messages anymore.
In my frustration I tried to open a new Amazon account. However, it did not work. Within 24 to 48 hours, my account got suspended again.
After doing some research online I came across different appeal agencies on helping suspended Amazon sellers get their account reactivated, at the end I decided using Thompson & Cooper appeal my Amazon seller suspension.
They promise 72 hours turn around time with the Silver package. I thought they would get my Amazon account reactivated within that time frame. However, it turned out that this is the period of getting the appeal letter ready. At the end it took four days for my account to get restored. Besides the small confusion I am very happy with their service.
I would recommend doing a case examination on their site and see if they are able to take on your appeal case.
